By placing an order on the Candy Bouquet website or when calling our customer services team, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


Our Pricing and Discount 

The web-site shows the prices of all our products based on the size of bouquet requested. 

At our discretion from time to time, we may offer promotional products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.


Payment Options

Credit Cards:

We accept a variety of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Debit for pick up orders.  

Phone Orders:

We also accept orders by phone during regular business hours.

At Candy Bouquet 646 is absolutely committed to protecting your privacy. We respect your privacy and want you to understand how we safeguard your personal information. We collect and keep information about you, which is need to provide the products and services you request. We keep customer information confidential and used solely for the purpose of serving you better. We never send personal information over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. The Candy Bouquet 646 does not rent, sell, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected at our site.

 

Online Secure Ordering

Our authorized vendor solution uses SSL (secure socket layer technology) for secure payment transactions. The information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection.

Payment problems

Occasionally, card details that are entered correctly and backed by sufficient funds are not validated because the card issuer is performing a random security check. In these cases, although we'll have received your order, we'll need to take payment over the phone. We'll email or call you as soon as possible in these circumstances. If you receive a message telling you that payment has not been validated, please contact our customer service team immediately to ensure your order is delivered on time.

 

Changes to your order

Please note that any changes to your order (including to the delivery address, card message and additional items) must be made by 1 pm the day before delivery, or by 1 pm on Saturday for Monday delivery, to ensure that we have time to amend the order prior to dispatch. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make the changes after that.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bouquets cannot be returned or exchanged as they are a food item, and we must maintain control of the quality of our candies and cookies until they reach our customers.  PLEASE TELL US if there is a problem with your order, and we will do our best to rectify your concerns.  Your happiness is our mission.

Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a cancellation fee.  Orders prepared for shipment (built, wrapped, boxed and labeled) cannot be cancelled.  Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled.
